A good foundation. Only fresh cut Kennebec fries are used at Joe’s. Double frying ensures that they are crispy & golden on the outside while keeping a light & fluffy center. Every curd is sacred. You can’t make a great poutine with just any cheese. We only use authentic cheese curds. It makes all the difference!
Respect the gravy.Gravy is the crown on our poutines. We know it has to be better than good. Our gravies are always home made and gluten-free using recipes developed in- house.
